Taking a fall can set older adults back. It's important to help loved one back on their feet by building confidence increasing strength & adaptive support.
Helping a loved one stay active promotes both mental & physical health, but staying active & doing what you love to do also has social & psychological benefits.
Some older adults may not have significant health issues and inactivity may be a result of having few interests. Help them find new interests.
