The standing calf stretch is an easy stretch for your lower legs. As long as there is a wall near by, you can do this stretch anywhere! Follow these simple steps and incorporate this into your daily routine, especially before and after you excercise!

Step 1: Stand facing the wall and place both hands against wall for support

Step 2: Place a foot forward, leaning your hips

Step 3: Now, straighten your back leg while keeping your heel on the floor

Duration: Sets of 20-30 seconds

Primary Purpose: To stretch and loosen calf muscles

Secondary Purpose: Improved flexibility in knee
