Sound Options is excited to welcome Brenda Shelley to the team! Ironically, this is where it all began for her twenty years ago as she was the Office Manager for Sound Options for 6 years. Brenda has always worked in the health care industry and has a passion for helping others and working directly with people. Her role at Sound Options as our new Client Liaison & Quality Control Specialist is a great fit. Brenda said, “I am extremely excited about this new position as I have the opportunity to make a difference and work from the heart”.
As a Client Liaison, Brenda will introduce our services to family members who are challenged with taking care of an aging parent and/or disabled loved one. In supporting her own aging grandparents and helping when her mom was ill, Brenda found herself unfamiliar with the resources and options that were available. As Client Liaison and Quality Control Specialist, she will work closely with our clients through every step to ensure they have quality options and are receiving the very best care from all members of our professional care team.
