Julie Williams RN, BSN, CCM
A graduate of the University of Texas and a Board-Certified Case Manager with a background in critical care, Julie has provided care management services for clients with chronic and medically complicated problems for Sound Options since 2006. Her philosophy is to provide the kind and compassionate care that she would expect for her own loved ones. Julie believes that customized care management should be driven by a well-rounded look at the whole person. Fostering a client’s strengths and goals is essential to her when considering how to solve issues and meet needs.
Odie Bacon RN-BC, CCM, MSN
Odie Bacon earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governor’s University of Washington. She is a Board-Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse and a Certified Case Manager. Odie is interested in how to effectively improve individual’s behaviors and built-in environments to prevent and manage chronic diseases. Odie provides individual, customized care that caters to all aspects of her clients - centered on the body, mind and spirit.
Tarra Vega RN
Tarra’s experience in community nursing, homecare and long-term care allows her to provide valuable insight, focusing on improving patient outcomes after discharge and decreasing re-hospitalization rates. She studied Geriatric and Palliative Care at the University of Washington and her passion to help others became a motivation for her to advance her career in nursing. In 2012 and 2013, she was awarded the Extraordinary Home Health Achievement Award, recognizing her work in treating disabled veterans and educating the community on preventative care.
Jenny Dooley RN
Jenny Dooley earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University. She has over 20 years of nursing experience, working with clients in the hospital setting as well as in Geriatrics, Home Health and Hospice (including Palliative Care). Jenny specializes in creating a client-centered plan by incorporating the management of chronic illnesses, creative problem solving and the enhancement of one’s quality of life.
Lisa Baril LPN
Lisa graduated from Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences as a Licensed Practicing Nurse. She believes that when caring for someone, thinking of the whole person is most important. Lisa’s philosophy of care is that true wellness is not achieved by medical care alone, but through healing relationships that speak to people's minds, bodies and spirits.
