A service that combines the best of all worlds, Elite Live-In Care includes ten hours per month consultation with a professional Geriatric Care Manager as well as the services of a trained paraprofessional In-Home Caregiver.

A Geriatric Care Manager is a professional advocate. Working directly with families and their loved ones to create compassionate, unique plans-of-action tailored to specific and individual needs, our Geriatric Care Managers advocate with physicians and other involved professionals, supervise medication, and provide on-going supervision. Critical thinkers by nature and training, once a master plan is established and agreed upon, our Geriatric Care Managers continually review the plan and make certain all aspects are properly implemented on a day-to-day basis. When a plan is up and running, they monitor progress and make adjustments, as necessary, to keep the plan fluid, coherent, and sound.

Elite Live-In Caregivers are trained in personal, around-the-clock care and are committed to developing relationships based on trust, kindness, and respect. Designed to sustain quality of life in all areas, our Elite Live-In Caregivers are trained in all relevant physical and emergency care as well as the culinary arts, fine furniture care, and housekeeping. Additionally, many of our Elite Live-In Caregivers have extensive experience and training in caring for seniors with Alzheimer's and Dementia.
