1. What is the Sound Options WorkLife Program?

   A program designed specifically for corporate America, WorkLife allows companies across to support employees through difficult times. A unique program that combines consultation, education, and networking, WorkLife gives employees access to tools that help create a balance between the desire to work and the wish to fulfill family obligations in a loving, caring way. A typical WorkLife question is: How do I potty train my 2 years old? How do I get my son off a sippy cup?

2. What kinds of resources does WorkLife offer?

   Sound Options WorkLife Programs offer personalized consultation services for employees who have questions related to child development, childcare, parenting, services and support for seniors and adults with disabilities as well as nutrition, health, and wellness tools. Through Eldercare & Childcare Coaching, Health & Wellness Coaching, and Health & Wellness Seminars, WorkLife enables businesses to sustain staff productivity while improving the quality of life for employees and their loved ones in need.

3. How do I sign up for a WorkLife program?

   Have your employer or Human Resources manager contact Sound Options directly at (phone number and/or email address). Your employer may subscribe to one or more of our WorkLife programs.

4. Who do I talk to about my WorkLife benefits?

   Contact your Human Resources manager for full details about your company's WorkLife options.

5. Is WorkLife confidential?

   Yes. We do not share any information about our clients or their consultation requests with employers. With your permission, we share information about clients and their families with potential service providers.

6. My employer subscribes to the WorkLife WellBalanced program. Will he or she be able to see my Health Risk Assessment?

   No. We understand that in order to make the most of your WellBalanced benefits you need to share important personal information through our Health Risk Assessment tool. However, only you and your WellBalanced health coach will have access to this information.

7. How much will this service cost me?

   WorkLife is part of your benefits package from your employer. There is no charge to your for Child and Family, Eldercare, or WellBalanced consultations.
