Company Named Second Fastest Growing Business
Tacoma, WA (December 16, 2008) –Sound Options, was named the second fastest growing of the Top-Ten Growth Companies in the South Sound by Business Examiner at a dinner ceremony on December 2, 2009.
“Sound Options has been a strong economic force in the South Sound since we opened in 1989,” comments Mary Lynn Pannen, CEO of Sound Options. “The company has grown steadily since the early 90s till now. The home care and geriatric services we provide to our clients are essential to their well-being and that allows us to experience this growth.”
Fastest Growing Companies are defined as having strong growth in revenue and wage expense from fiscal years 2005 through 2007. Results are collected, calculated and verified confidentially by Moss Adams, the 12th largest accounting and consulting firm in the United States.
To be eligible for the Business Examiner award, an organization must: be headquartered in Pierce, South King, Thurston, Mason or Lewis counties; have revenues more than $500,000 in fiscal years ending 2005, 2006 and 2007 and have been established prior to 2004.
This is the third year in a row that the award has been given to Sound Options for being named one of the Top-Ten Growth companies in the region.
