Sound Options believes that exceptional care begins with exceptional employees. Each month, we highlight and share the story of one of our Certified Nursing Assistants who carries out the mission and values of Sound Options with professionalism, intelligence, and heart. This month, we shine the spotlight on Pam Gasper!
Pam Gasper was born in Eugene, Oregon and has been living in beautiful Washington State since 1996. She has 3 children and 4 grandchildren. When asked why she became a caregiver she said, “It is my passion! My mom was a Certified Nursing Assistant, she was the one who got me started. After 20 years of caregiving I am now caring for my mom.” Pam’s daughter is also continuing the legacy as a CNA and is going to school to be an LPN.For Pam Gasper, compassion, understanding, and patience make for the best of caregivers. They are really reflected in her attitude and work with clients. When Pam isn’t working, you’ll find her enjoying her family and grandkids and traveling with her mother. They love casinos and the ocean!
It is apparent in her work that Pam loves what she does. According to Rebecca Herrick, the Home Care Supervisor, “Pam is always very reliable and dependable. She has a genuine compassion for caregiving and it shows with her clients. Thank you Pam for your dedication to Sound Options!”
