Mary Lynn has dedicated her life to caring for others and is considered a pioneer in the field of Geriatric Care Management. Early in her career, her work as an RN helped shape her vision for what care should (and could) be. She founded Sound Options in 1989 and has since served on national and local boards, won numerous awards and developed a collection of unique care services that truly place the individual first. Mary Lynn earned her BSN from Pacific Lutheran University. She is a mother, a volunteer, a traveler and a firm believer that every day is an opportunity to get better. Read the extended version here.
Vice President of Operations
Bob is a leader in the community and ensures the delivery of the Sound Options’ mission to provide exceptional care. Previously, he worked over a decade for a clinical research unit, managing laboratory and clinical operations. Prior to that he worked for the University of Washington and VA Hospital coordinating Alzheimer’s research. He volunteers for Relay for Life and the Multicare Institutional Review Board and he also sits on the Board of Directors for both Healthcare Providers Council of Pierce County and Franke Tobey Jones. He earned his BS in Biology from the University of Portland. Bob is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two beautiful daughters.
Nancy’s efficiency and accuracy with numbers has allowed Sound Options to keep innovating and improving how care is provided. Previously, she worked as a Manager for both the Macau and Northstar Casinos, overseeing cashiers transactions and payroll. Nancy graduated from the University of Washington, Tacoma with BS in Accounting. Nancy loves working in her garden, reading and most of all, traveling with her family.
