Eldercare Counseling and Guidance
Our Licensed Mental Health Counselors and Geriatric Mental Health Specialists provide counseling to adults, family caregivers and those with medical complications.
Families and individuals often reach out when they are feeling overwhelmed with stress, have never-ending worries, are struggling to cope, or have had a significant change in their lives.
It is our goal to bring a sincere and curious mind, with an ability to create a safe atmosphere during our work together. Our approach is client-centered, which means that you take an active role in your work with our therapists. Your desires and goals are central to the therapeutic process.
We strive to meet you where you are, help you clarify your goals, and build upon the strengths that you already possess. Our intent is to support you on your journey towards inner health and well-being.
We are available to meet with individuals or families in our office, in their homes, telephonically, or using video counseling.
